a)	Staff notes this application received AHBR approval at the May 13, 2026, AHBR meeting. The applicant is requesting a modification of the approved plans including the installation of 2 exterior doors and window design changes. 
b)	The applicant has submitted revised elevations for the Boards consideration.
c)	Section III-1 (g)(8) of the Architectural Design Standards states that large expanses of blank wall are to be avoided. Fenestration placement should be at a maximum of approximately every 12 feet. Revise south side elevation to meet this requirement.
