Purpose & Explanation

On March 21, 2022, the City sent out a Request for Proposals (RFP) to six (6) qualified consultants.  The proposals were due on April 11, 2022.  The City received one (1) formal proposal for the Project as listed below:

CT Consultants, Inc.                     $ 44,368

The five other firms did not submit a proposal due to staffing issues.

Staff is requesting a 10% contingency to handle any unforeseen issues that may arise during the study, in order to not have to return to Council and delay the project.

The Total requested fee, including the 10% contingency = $ 48,805.00. For any considerations above this requested amount, City staff would return to City Council for approval.
