Recommendation
Suggested Action
Staff recommends that with the level of service that QCI, Inc. has provided to the City of Hudson over the past several years, along with the large number of inspection personnel that QCI, Inc. can provide to the City, that City Council authorize the City Manager to enter into a contract with QCI, Inc. for project representation beginning March 1, 2018 and ending on March 1, 2020 as detailed above. Staff is asking for an emergency clause as the current contract has expired as of December 31, 2018 and the new contract is to begin on March 1, 2018.
