Purpose & Explanation

As part of the 2019-2020 Hudson Middle School Campus site improvements, various storm water management facilities, new electric lines and communication lines were installed.

As part of the school’s storm water management system, two storm water Access Easements, allowing City access to inspect and conduct emergency repairs are required.   The site improvements also installed a new primary electric service relocation which may require future access for inspection and repairs necessitating the Electric Easement Agreement.  Lastly, a Utility Easement Agreement, granting permission to the City for electric, waterline, fiber and other City of Hudson communication line installation and maintenance is being granted. The Hudson School Board approved these easements at their September 28, 2023, board meeting.

Copies of the easement agreements and descriptions are included for further reference.
