Purpose & Explanation

Below is the outline for discussion:

                     Existing conditions - roadside ditches, drives, 60’ R/W (30’ per side), 23’ pavement (11.5’ per side) leaving 18’ for path/walk and ditch, trees

                     Proposed Project:

o                     Metro Parks Hike & Bike Path to Terex Road, 10’ path connecting to hike and bike path at south west quadrant of Terex and Barlow Road

§                     Signalized Ped Crossing at Terex Road

§                     Asphalt Surface

o                     Terex Road to East side of old Flood Company Parcels, 7’ Path

§                     Crosses Reserve Lane, Williamsburg Circle, Nicholson Drive

§                     Portion of curb added along Hole #9

§                     Asphalt Surface

o                     East side of old Flood Company Parcels to SR 91, 5’ Path

§                     Crosses Holland Drive

§                     Concrete Surface
