Purpose & Explanation

This proposal seeks authorization for the City Manager to advertise for bids and enter into a contract for the procurement of fiber construction materials and related services necessary for the second year build-out of the Fiber to the Home (FttH) project. The procurement process will ensure that the City secures the lowest and best bid for the required materials, facilitating the continued development of the FttH network over the upcoming year.
