Title
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO STORM WATER EASEMENTS FOR THE 1900 MIDDLETON ROAD DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT.
Brief Description: This resolution would authorize the City Manager to enter into Storm Water Easement Agreements with four properties: 1900 and 1914 Middleton Road, and 1899 and 1913 Ashley Drive. The easements are necessary for the City's future maintenance of a new storm sewer system, which will be installed on these properties. This new storm sewer project, scheduled for construction in the summer of 2025, aims to alleviate overland flooding that currently affects the area during most rain events. No storm sewer system presently exists through these properties.

The scope of this project involves the approval of storm sewer easements from four (4) landowners and filing the easements with Summit County Recorder. Storm sewer easement will recorded for the following properties:
1.) Will Tyler and Molly Coughenour, 1900 Middleton Road, Parcel No. 3000858

The improvements will run from the rear of the property of 1900 Middleton Road, then along the westerly side of 1913 Ashley Drive and connect to an existing storm sewer on the south side of Ashley Drive. See attached exhibit.
The Storm Sewer Easement Agreements grant the City access to the site once the improvements have been completed for the purposes of future inspection and maintenance.
