Body
Legislative History
ORD 22- 42: Private party submitted request to rezone parcel 320031 (presently D5 Village Core) and parcel 3200328 (presenting D4 Historic Residential Neighborhood) and a portion of 3201843 (presenting D4 Historic Residential Neighborhood) to District 3 - Outer Village Residential Neighborhood.
Purpose & Explanation
The private party-initiated application, proposed by Hudson Community Living, is being considered by City Council per Ordinance 22-42.
As part of the Planning Commission consideration of ORD 22-42, the Planning Commission recommended that parcel #3204067 and approximately .5 acres of parcel #3200225 (both owned by the City of Hudson) also be rezoned from the existing District 5 to District 3-Outer Village Residential in order to maintain consistent zoning district boundaries. This request has been intentionally submitted separately and after consideration of ORD 22-42 so City Council can consider the planning Commission recommendation regarding this acreage after consideration of the private party request.
