Quotes were received in March 2020 for this replacement  

The City Administration is requesting City Council approval to authorize the City Manager to enter into a purchase agreement with The Wolf Creek Company. For the base bid and including alternates 1,2,3 and 5, to replace the current golf course irrigation system control panel and components.  Public Works received three (3) competitive bids:

Wolf Creek Company   -------  $46,742.00 (lowest and best bid)

Mid-Ohio Electric C. Inc.  --- $49,923

Pro-Pump & Controls Inc. -- $51,097

Staff recommends that City Council approve this Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into a purchase agreement with The Wolf Creek Company, 6051 Wolf Creek Pike Trotwood, OH 45426 for the purchase and installation of a replacement irrigation system control panel and associated components at the not to exceed price of $46,742.00; and declaring an emergency.
