AN ORDINANCE TO APPROVE THE EDITING AND INCLUSION OF CERTAIN ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS AS PARTS OF THE VARIOUS COMPONENT CODES OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES; TO PROVIDE FOR THE ADOPTION OF NEW MATTER IN THE UPDATED AND REVISED CODIFIED ORDINANCES; TO REPEAL ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT THEREWITH; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
Brief Description: This Ordinance authorizes revisions to Hudson’s Codified Ordinances to incorporate various ordinances and resolutions of a general and permanent nature that have been passed by Council.

Purpose & Explanation
The attached Ordinance was prepared by American Legal Publishing Corporation, as the firm engaged by the City, to compile and incorporate modifications and updates to the City’s Codified Ordinances.
American Legal Publishing Corporation provides continuous online updates pursuant to Ordinances and Resolutions passed by Council that pertain to the Codified Ordinances. With passage of this Ordinance, our local Code will be up-to-date and consistent with State laws.
