Brief Description: The projects include new sidewalk installations along the following roadways in Hudson as described in the 2021 Capital Budget: Herrick Park Drive (Lascala to SR 91); SR 91 (Garden Lane to the Twinsburg Twp. Line); SR 91 (Just north of Norton Road to Corporate Drive); and SR 303 (Nicholson Drive to W. Case Drive).

Purpose & Explanation
These sidewalk projects have been designed by our Engineering Staff and will include the installation of a 5-foot-wide concrete sidewalk along Herrick Park Drive (Lascala to SR 91); SR 91 (Garden Lane to the Twinsburg Twp. Line); SR 91 (Just north of Norton Road to Corporate Drive); and SR 303 (Nicholson Drive to W. Case Drive). The sidewalk construction includes storm drainage improvements, grading, crosswalks, lighting, fiber and electric conduits, driveways, and minor clearing & restoration.
The estimated total cost of construction of the four (4) projects is $1,569,900, which includes the contingency. The City will return to City Council if the cost exceeds the above total cost of the projects.
The projects are scheduled for construction is the summer and late fall of 2021.
