Brief Description: A free speaker series about mental health issues that face our community’s youth is planned during the week of October 4th, 2021. This initiative has been coordinated by Leadership Hudson Class of 2019, and members will be present to accept this Proclamation and provide details.

Purpose & Explanation
For their class project, Leadership Hudson Class of 2019 members organized State of Mind: Hudson Week to help recognize the importance of raising awareness and reducing the stigma that surrounds mental health issues within our community.
Again this year, the Class has coordinated a free speaker series during the week of October 4th, 2021. Sessions will focus on educational programming and events designed to bring awareness to many of the mental health issues prevalent in Hudson’s youth and adolescent community.
