11/12/13 City Council Workshop - Presentation: 2013 Ad Hoc Connectivity Committee Summary Report of Findings and Recommendations.
Purpose & Explanation
During the 11/12/13 City Council Workshop presentation of the 2013 Ad Hoc Connectivity Committee Summary Report of Findings and Recommendations, City Council members asked staff to combine the walkway and pathway Appendix D. data sheets into a single High Priority data sheet, thus correlating with the Appendix E. Connectivity Plan High Priority Rankings map.  The combined High Priority walkway and pathway data sheet, along with the Appendix E High Priority Rankings map is attached.
Additionally, City Council members asked staff to evaluate how to  accelerate the construction of the walkways/pathways by issuing bonds using the $235,000 proposed budget placeholder to repay the debt rather than paying for the projects as we go.  Jeff Knoblauch, Finance Director has provided the information requested (attached).
