Brief Description: Subdivision improvements have been installed for the Lake Christine Subdivision. The applicant is requesting that City Council to accept the dedication of these improvements and right-of-way.

Purpose & Explanation
The ordinance will accept the dedication of rights-of-way, easements, and public improvements for the Lake Christine Subdivision. The City Solicitor advises that acceptance of dedication of subdivisions should be approved by ordinances of City Council. The City Engineer’s office has inspected the subdivision and has found that the improvements have been installed according to approved plans and City standards.
