Purpose & Explanation
The purpose of this agreement is to memorialize the sharing of the costs between the Cities of Hudson and Stow.   This includes but is not limited to all projects costs: design, construction, inspection and contingency costs.  Furthermore, the City staffs will cooperate and share information and review the project related materials as necessary.  The City of Stow will enter into a contract and they will be the lead on this project.  All costs will be paid by the City of Stow with the City of Hudson reimbursing the City of Stow for 50% of the invoices.
Timing Considerations
Once this resolution is approved, City staff will have the Cooperation and Cost Sharing Agreement executed by the appropriate parties.

Suggested Action
Staff recommends that City Council approve the Cooperation and Cost Sharing (50%/50%) Agreement between the City of Stow and City of Hudson for the Norton Road (Young Road-Stow Road) Resurfacing Project.  We are requesting an emergency clause be added to this resolution.
