Ordinance 22-63 establishing the steering committee, adopted June 7, 2022. 

Purpose & Explanation

Council conducted interviews of candidates on August 20th and August 27th 2022.  A workshop discussion has been scheduled to advance towards official selections.  The first meeting of the Steering Committee is anticipated for late October-Early November.     

 

The 19 member steering committee is to be comprised of the following members:

 

A.                     Council appointed representatives of the following boards (one each):

o                     Architectural and Historic Board of Review

o                     Board of Zoning and Building Appeals

o                     Planning Commission

o                     Park Board

o                     Economic Growth Board

 

B.                     One resident representative (seven total) selected as a direct appointment by each City Council member

 

C.                     Seven residents appointed by City Council through an open application process
