-                     History of 996 Hines Hill Road Site: Overview of the site purchase and City Council discussions related to the site.

-                     Council Memo - JobsOhio Site Authentication Mar 2025: Overview of the certification program used to discuss the risks and opportunities of investing in diligence required in Q1 2025. The program was pursued and certification achieved in Q1 2026.

-                     Hudson Innovation Park Conceptual Building Plan: Conceptual mapping prepared by staff to illustrate possible industrial park designs at the site.
