Purpose & Explanation
Late in 2013, 3 Foodies and the DiNovi Investment Group told that they no longer could use the dumpster enclosure that they had been using for several years.  The City, working in conjunction with the businesses, researched the best place(s) to construct enclosures to serve these businesses.  The location(s) chosen are shown in Exhibit A of the agreements.  The agreements require that the businesses keep the Licensed Property in good order, including all upkeep, and to control litter and odor.
