A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A 90-DAY MORATORIUM ON THE ACCEPTANCE OF PRIVATE APPLICATIONS TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION WHICH ARE SUBJECT TO A PUBLIC HEARING; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
Brief Description: Planning Commission approved a motion to forward the attached list of Land Development Code recommendations for review by City Council. Along with the list, the Planning Commission requests City Council enact a 90-day moratorium on all private (non-government) applications to the Planning Commission that would require a public hearing.
