This initiative was presented to City Council in May 2018 and discussed further at the September 11, 2018, workshop.
Purpose & Explanation
Passage of a T21 ordinance would raise the age of tobacco sales in Hudson to 21 and allow the SPCH to enforce the provisions of the ordinance.
Attached to this file are the handouts from the prior presentation. The “Process Map for Implementation” gives a detailed summary of how the program would be rolled out and enforced.
