Purpose & Explanation
Chauncey and Cleopatra Case moved to Hudson with their family in 1814 and later established their farm.  Today, Case-Barlow Farm consists of the restored Case Farmhouse, Bank Barn, Carriage House, and miscellaneous outbuildings situated on 4.2 acres and surrounded by Barlow Farm Park. The Farm is listed on the Ohio Historical Inventory, has received recognition by the Hudson Historical Society, and is designated as an official Underground Railroad site by the Friends of Freedom Society. Case-Barlow Farm will celebrate the annual Farm Fest on Sunday, September 14, 2014, from 12 noon to 5 p.m.
