Executive Summary: The Tax Incentive Review Council (TIRC) meets annually to make recommendations to Hudson City Council regarding active incentive agreements for the previous year. On October 15th, 2013, the TIRC met to review and make recommendations regarding all active Community Reinvestment Area Agreements and Job Creation Grant Program Agreements.

Purpose & Explanation
The Tax Incentive Review Council (TIRC) meets annually to make recommendations to Hudson City Council regarding active incentive agreements for the previous year. On October 15th, 2013, the TIRC met to review and make recommendations regarding all active Community Reinvestment Area Agreements and Job Creation Grant Program Agreements.
It was recommended by the TIRC to continue the following agreements:
Community Reinvestment Area Agreements
1. Face-Off, LLC (WBC Group DBA Meyer Distributing)
2. TJE Real Estate, LTD (GEM Edwards)
3. Hudson Park, LLC (Universal Screen Arts)
Job Creation Grant Agreements
1. Beauty Systems Group, LLC
2. Norandex Distribution, Inc.
3. Face-Off, LLC (WBC Group DBA Meyer Distributing)
4. Lexi-Comp, Inc.
5. The Little Tikes Company
