Title: Discussion: Review of Town Hall Use Draft Request for Proposals. Executive Summary: With the vacation of staff from Hudson Town Hall in 2013, members of City Council and the Administration viewed the vacant first floor space as a potential opportunity for a not-for-profit agency or agencies. To determine if a not-for-profit agency or agencies had interest in the first floor space at Town Hall, City Council members and the Administration agreed to draft and release a Request for Proposals (RFP). Staff has updated the original RFP based on comments received by Council members at the 1/21/14 Workshop.
