Purpose & Explanation
Resolution corrects a text error from a three (3) year contract term to a two (2) year contract term, with an option to renew the contract for an additional two (2) years if pricing remains reasonable.
Timing Considerations
Staff would like to have a correct resolution in place to enter into a contract before December 2013.

Recommendation
Suggested Action
Staff recommends City Council direct the City Manager to enter into a contract with First Choice Tree Work, LLC, 2680 State Road, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44223 for contract tree planting services at $210.00 per tree for the contract term of two (2) years, with an option to extend the contract for two (2) years should pricing remain reasonable and services are acceptable.
