Purpose & Explanation

Thanks to the leadership of Hudson Community First and the participation of Hudson City Schools, Hudson Montessori School, Seton Elementary School, and the City of Hudson, various activities are planned during “See Something, Say Something” Week to benefit young people, educators, administrators, community-based organizations, and parents.  These activities include an awareness campaign, public announcements, special lessons for students, and training sessions for parents.

Recommendation

By increasing awareness, building a culture of looking out for one another, and reporting possible threats of violence when someone sees, reads or hears something, our community will become safer, and we can save lives by working together to stop violence before it happens.
