Purpose & Explanation

During the final contract approval and timeline review, a change that is needed for redundancy was identified which has a $50/per month associated fee. As such the contract will need amended with the additional fee added on, which results in a total monthly cost of $3,162.56 for 36 months. This new monthly cost is still below state term vendor pricing as listed on Ohio DAS MSA0004-2
