Purpose & Explanation
This resolution will enable staff to bid and award a one-year marketing services contract, with the option for an additional one year extension, to a firm that is best to continue the current design, development, and distribution of the marketing campaigns for Velocity Broadband. This contract and one year extension would not exceed an annual amount of $20,000 per year. These marketing efforts keep future customers and new property owners aware of the Velocity products and services available to them. Velocity marketing efforts are also used to communicate new features and products to existing customers who might choose to take additional services.
