Purpose & Explanation

In Discussion Item E in the Workshop on October 22, 2024, City Council expressed desire to terminate the Job Creation Agreement with Diebold Nixdorf, Inc. executed on January 5, 2021, pursuant to Section 11(D) of the Agreement due to the entity vacating the project site at 50 Executive Parkway and pursuant to Section 11(D) of the Agreement.
