Executive Summary:   Draft minutes of previous meetings are provided for City Council's review and approval.

Purpose & Explanation
In accordance with Codified Ordinances Section 220.03, Rules, the official minutes of any meeting of City Council shall consist of a written summary, including a record of discussion topics, actions taken, attendance, meeting times, and any executive sessions held thereat.  Official meeting minutes shall also consist of a permanent audio and video recording, excluding executive sessions.
Draft written summaries of recent meetings are attached for City Council's review and approval.  Recordings are available via the City's website, as indicated on written summaries.
Timing Considerations
Upon approval by City Council, written summaries will be filed as a permanent record with the Clerk of Council and will be published to the City's website.
