Purpose & Explanation

Residential streets within the City of Hudson permit parking during daytime and evening hours per the regulations of Chapter 452.  Recent discussions have occurred related to parking on residential streets for non-residential use/vehicles including: 

1.                     Service and landscape vehicles

2.                     Special events

3.                     Commercial businesses

Of note, City Council has been forwarded the attached memorandum related to commercial parking occurring on Stoney Hill Drive.  Staff requests discussion of these various parking uses and discussion of any possible updated regulations to study further.
