Executive Summary
We are asking City Council to authorize the City Manager to sign a letter of support on behalf of Seven-Fifty ML, LLC , to the Department of Commerce, Division of Liquor Control, that would designate the company as an economic development project, as referenced in Section 4303.29(B)3(b) of the Ohio Revised Code, and would encourage the Department of Liquor Control to approve an application for the transfer of a liquor license.

This authorization would encourage the Department of Liquor Control to approve the application for the transfer of a liquor license to be filed by Seven-Fifty ML, LLC for this project.

Recommendation
We would ask for City Council to authorize the City Manager to sign the above mentioned letter of support, which would also show Council's support of this project, as indicated in the attached proposed letter.
