Industrial Land Development Partners is requesting a tax incentive from the City that will support their construction of a new industrial building in the Hudson Crossing Business Park.
Legislative History
Ordinance 10-25, approved on February 3, 2010, amended the boundaries of Community Reinvestment Area 3-A in the City to encourage the development of real property in this area.
Purpose & Explanation
Approval of this resolution will facilitate the construction of an approximate 220,000 square foot industrial facility in the Hudson Crossing Business Park.
