Purpose & Explanation
The ordinance will accept the dedication of rights-of-way, easements, and public improvements for the Estates at Canterbury on the Lakes Subdivision. The subdivision improvements have been substantially complete; however, acceptance was delayed due to closing out final punch list items. The City Solicitor advises that acceptance of dedication of subdivisions should be approved by ordinances of City Council. The City Engineer's office has inspected the subdivision and has found that the improvements have been installed according to approved plans and City standards.
