Brief Description: The project will include the complete installation of an audio-visual system for live streaming and recording of all public meetings in the board room at City Hall. This includes the equipment and wiring for in-room audio amplification, television screens, touch screen controllers, and control room equipment for the City Hall Building located at 1140 Terex Road.

Purpose & Explanation
This project will include the installation of audio-visual and broadcast systems, along with all associated hardware and wiring for the new City Hall building located at 1140 Terex Road. The proposed equipment will include broadcast cameras, microphones & audio amplification, televisions & the AV control room, public comment timing, and associated control room equipment.
The estimated budget for this project is $170,000. The City staff will return to City Council if the bids are more than 10% above this estimate amount, which the cost includes the contingency.
