Brief Description: Based on direction from City Council at the January 11, 2022 Council Workshop, staff will publicly advertise for competitive bids for the Parks Tennis & Pickleball Complex Project. Following the bidding process, Staff will return to City Council to review the bid items and obtain Council direction for award of a construction contract.

Purpose & Explanation
The Parks Tennis & Pickleball project design has been modified as a result of the project discussion at the January 11, 2022 Workshop meeting. As such, the project site plans has been attached for review and items for bidding purposes have been detailed below.
Project Base Bid:
1. Parking lot-limestone gravel surface and Asphalt for required ADA spots
2. Construction of 12 pickleball courts and 4 tennis courts
3. Installation of underground conduit lighting for future use
Project Alternates:
1. Practice Wall
2. Benches and seating
3. Supplies and equipment storage shed
4. Pavilion structure(s)
5. Fencing windscreens
6. Water fountains
7. Lighting and electrical
8. 5 Tennis courts option
9. Parking lot-all asphalt option
