Purpose & Explanation

The Ohio Department of Transportation is seeking an agreement to replace signage along State Route 91 (Darrow Road).  This agreement is required by ODOT for the completion of the project.  ODOT will manage the project which is currently scheduled for summer 2020.  There is no cost to the City of Hudson.

Suggested Action

Staff recommends that City Council authorize the City Manager to enter into an agreement and execute the necessary documents for the SR 91 Sign Replacement Project (PID 103277) with the Ohio Department of Transportation.
