In addition to the road programs, the City may decide to utilize the construction management/inspection services on other miscellaneous capital improvement projects and for private developments as they arise within the City on an as-needed basis.

On November 30, 2012 the City of Hudson received proposals from the following firms along with their hourly rates for construction inspection services for the City of Hudson:

RFP’s were also sent out to Arcadis, GPD Group and Ralph Tyler Companies, none of these companies returned proposals.

Timing Considerations
With the approval of this resolution, the City of Hudson would enter into and fully execute a contract with Quality Control Inspections, Inc The new contract agreement will begin on January 1, 2013 and expire on December 31, 2013.
