Executive Summary
The Trails of Hudson wishes to dedicate two very short sections of existing Hudson Drive and Norton Road right-of-way along the frontages of the residential project under construction. City Council must consider such an offer of dedication.

Purpose & Explanation
An ordinance will be drafted that will accept for public dedication the existing right-of-way at the Trails of Hudson.  The City Solicitor advises that acceptance of dedication of right-of-way should be approved by ordinance of City Council.  The acceptance of this dedication will place this right-of-way with the City if in the future it ever needs it.  Staff has requested that the City Solicitor draft this ordinance.

Appropriation not required.
 
Suggested Action
It is recommended that City Council approve an ordinance accepting for dedication the right-of-way fronting The Trails of Hudson.
