Executive Summary: With additional department presentations scheduled throughout the next few months, the City Manager would like to receive feedback from City Council members on the presentation format to find out if the focus and content of the department presentations are on target, or if adjustments need to be made.

Purpose & Explanation
During the past few months City Council members have received department presentations from various Department Managers. The department presentations are designed to provide City Council members with an opportunity to gain additional information and insight about each department prior to the 2014 budget hearings (October-December).
With additional department presentations scheduled throughout the next few months, the City Manager would like to receive feedback from City Council members on the presentation format to find out if the focus and content of the department presentations are on target, or if adjustments need to be made.
Timing Considerations
If modifications to the department presentations are required, then these changes need to be made prior to the next scheduled (April 9th) department presentation.
