Resolution No. 18-191, authorizing the City Manager to enter into an Agreement with Grindline Skateparks, Inc. for design services for the Skatepark Renovations Project; passed 12/18/2018.
Purpose & Explanation
See attached project update.
Timing Considerations
The Park Board will review the design progress and will welcome ideas, concerns and comments from skate park users at their meeting on January 24, 2019.
Final project design is expected to be completed in mid-February. Project bidding is scheduled for February/March, and staff will return to City Council to award the contract. Construction is planned for spring 2019, with project completion estimated by the end of July 2019.
