Section IV-4 (b)(1) of the Architectural Design Standards states that wings may not be larger or taller than the main body of the structure, but they may be the same height. Question if proposed addition should be inset 18” at the north-side elevation. Section III-1 (g)(3) of the Architectural Design Standards states that exposed foundations and tie courses shall be of a consistent material on all elevations. Revise elevations to depict a consistent foundation height/water table around the proposed garage addition.
