Ellsworth Meadows' last turf equipment purchase was made in 2009.
Purpose & Explanation
The golf course is in need of replacing two riding greens mowers at this time based on age and condition. Staff obtained quotes from turf equipment companies and compared pricing and trade in values based on state term pricing. The total cost of the two mowers from Deere & Company is $41,137.44.  Other quotes were obtained from Baker Vehicle at $42,733.00 and Century Equipment at $52,342.68.
Timing Considerations
This equipment is needed for the 2015 growing season.
