Addition (Garage) - Submitted by Rick Hawksley
a) Please submit a roof plan prior to the meeting.
b) Picture of overhead door on spec sheet did not transfer properly. Please resubmit.
c) Suggest adding treatment over garage to match the treatment above front door, as the garage will face the street.
d) Dormer above garage is prominent. Suggest splitting to two dormers or reducing size.
e) Staff notes the addition appears to be taller than the existing structure.
f) Roof pitch on east elevation could possibly be reworked between the new garage and existing detached building. A dormer could be added to connect the two structures and create a compatible roof.
