Title: 86 Owen Brown Street Townhomes Submitted by Rhonda Singer, Fairmount Properties Staff notes this application was continued from the August 26, 2026 AHBR meeting. The site plan will be reviewed by Planning Commission at the September 14, 2026 meeting. The applicant has submitted additional documentation; however, is primarily requesting the Board’s verification of the revised Owen Brown Street unit, remaining 3 story units, and overall massing. Should the AHBR find the proposed height and overall massing appropriate, staff recommends the Board consider a motion to approve the building height and massing subject to the outstanding items in the previous staff memo, including the proposed materials, fenestration placement/design, and building detailing. These updates would be submitted to the Board for final review.
