Executive Summary: The Ohio Department of Public Safety, Division of Emergency Medical Services, provides a grant to assist EMS organizations with purchase of approved training and equipment. Estimated funding is determined in June, based on the amount of seatbelt funding available.

Purpose & Explanation
Hudson EMS has applied for grant funding to be determined by the amount of grant funds available in the 2018 grant cycle. Funding will be used towards training and/or equipment listed on the Training and Equipment List/Expenditures Form as approved by the Ohio EMFTS Board. There is no mandatory match.
Timing Considerations
The funding period is July 1 through December 31, 2018. Invoices for reimbursement must be submitted by January 31, 2019.
