AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF THE PUBLIC STREETS, EASEMENTS, AND PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN THE NOTTINGHAM GATE ESTATES PHASE IV AND V SUBDIVISIONS.

Brief Description:  Subdivision improvements have been installed and public right-of-way has been dedicated at the Nottingham Gate Estates Subdivision Phase IV and V.  The applicant is requesting that City Council accept the dedication of these improvements and right-of-way.

Purpose & Explanation

The ordinance will accept the dedication of rights-of-way, easements, and public improvements for the Nottingham Gate Estates Subdivision Phases IV and V.  The City Solicitor advises that acceptance of dedication of subdivisions should be approved by ordinances of City Council.  The City Engineer’s office has inspected the subdivision and has found that the improvements have been installed according to approved plans and City standards.
