Purpose & Explanation

The current School Resource Officer (SRO) MOU between the City and HCSD is approaching its expiration.  An updated agreement is needed to continue the existing partnership, with only minor cost adjustments reflecting current salary and benefit levels.  The updated MOU maintains the same structure of the existing program, including the continuation of the third SRO funded by HCSD.  See attachment for details.
