Retail Store Carryout:   Permit Class & Description

C1 - Beer only in original sealed container for carry out only. (ORC 4303.11)

C2                     - Wine and mixed beverages in sealed containers for carry out. (ORC 4303.12)

 

A criminal history search of City records was performed using information provided in separate correspondence to the Hudson Police Department, which included the names and Social Security numbers of the company’s president and vice president.  No records were found.

Timing Considerations

The Clerk of Council must respond to the Ohio Division of Liquor Control no later than October 15, 2019, concerning the City’s request for a hearing.

Staff recommends that, based solely on the criminal history search described above, no hearing should be requested at this time.
