AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 12-169 MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE CURRENT EXPENSES AND OTHER EXPENDITURES OF THE CITY OF HUDSON DURING THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 2013 BY MAKING ADDITIONAL AND/OR AMENDED APPROPRIATIONS.
Executive Summary: The Ordinance amends appropriations in the Youth Development Center (YDC) Fund to pay the service fee to the Western Reserve Land Conservancy (WRLC) for obtaining grant funding for the purchase of the YDC property.

Resolution 06-103 authorized the City Manager to enter into a master consulting agreement with WRLC.
Purpose & Explanation
The WRLC was successful in obtaining the following grants that were used to purchase the YDC property:
WRRSP $1,995,000
Metro Parks Serving Summit County $ 500,000
This appropriation will allow the City to pay the fee that is due in accordance with the master consulting agreement.
Timing Considerations
Staff will process the payment to WRLC as soon as possible upon passage of this Ordinance.
