Purpose & Explanation
As a follow-up to previous discussions regarding the consideration of site locations to accommodate a new MSC facility, staff wishes to review with Council potential sites, site constraints, and project timing. As this discussion is intended to be a high-level general discussion, a more detailed discussion and analysis will take place at a special City Council retreat to be scheduled in the near future.
